Partnering with local farmers, we preserve the unique Nyasaland variety—a Bourbon-Typica Group that traces its roots to western Ethiopia and was introduced to Uganda in the early 20th century.
These beans, slightly smaller but more aromatic and floral, are a testament to tradition and resilience, with some plants still bearing fruit from as far back as the 1940s. We take pride in our specialty coffee, boasting a notable 84 and above cupping score.
