Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bushbucks Coffee. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide the best coffee products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., coffee beans), customized or personalized products, and sale items, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for partial refunds.

Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (e.g., photos). We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
